• What is the typical lead time?

  Standard systems are fabricated and delivered in 4–6 weeks from approved drawings and site measurement. Bespoke elevations, oversized panels and imported finishes typically run 8–10 weeks. Every project receives a dated milestone schedule at order confirmation.

• How is a project priced?

  Pricing is per square metre of opening and depends on system type, glass specification, hardware set and finish. After a site visit and drawing review we issue an itemised quotation with no hidden fabrication or installation extras.

• Do you handle installation?

  Yes. Every Parallel opening is installed by our own trained crews, never subcontracted. One contract covers design, manufacture and installation, so there is a single point of accountability.

• What warranty do you provide?

  Ten years on profiles and powder coating, five years on hardware performance, and a nationwide 48-hour service response. Warranty is registered against the serial record of each individual opening.

• Can you match an architect's bespoke detail?

  Almost always. Send us elevations or sections and our engineering team will return a detailed drawing set with thermal, acoustic and structural performance data for your wind loads.

• Do you work outside Delhi NCR?

  We deliver and install across 48 cities in India. Projects outside our core regions are surveyed by a travelling technical team, and installation crews are deployed for the duration of the works.

• Can I see the systems before ordering?

  Yes — our experience centre has full-height working samples of every system, glass and finish. We recommend visiting with your architect or interior designer.
